Q. How can I extend my parking time?
Extending your parking is simple! When ready simply select your parking location and purchase an additional time slot within the 15-minute grace period. Important: Please note that you can’t add time to an existing purchase. You have to purchase an additional time slot to extend your stay. www.t2p.safewayparking.com
Q. Why do I need an account
You need an account to track your time and parking locations. Your information is used solely for this purpose.
Q. How do I sign in or register an account?
To pay for parking, please register and sign in. Signing in and registering is easy and fast. Just enter your email to either sign in or to register. If you don’t have an account, a verification email will be sent to you with a link to verify your account.
Alternatively, you can use one of the social sign-in options to sign in or register. After registering with your chosen social media account, you’ll receive a welcome email.
Once registered, simply enter your email and click ‘Sign In’ to access your account.
Q. What is the maximum duration I can book for?
The maximum booking duration is 12 hours at a time.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Q. How do I know that my parking is confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout or the email address you entered when you registered.
